Our Story
Welcome to Chef Alreca’s Catering. Our company specializes in Authentic Jamaican dishes, Jamaican-California Fusion foods, and a medley of Caribbean delights. This business has been a dream of mine since migrating here to the Bay Area as a teenager. Although I was over 3000 miles from home California provided the perfect playground for developing my culinary passion and curiosity. Attending the Art Institute’s International Culinary School in San Francisco significantly empowered me and provided a wealth of knowledge that has supported my growth, creativity and consistency in the kitchen.
